Terms of Service

The service
Chanberri helps independent restaurants generate, edit, and host lightweight restaurant websites. Published sites may link visitors to third-party ordering, reservation, email, maps, and social services. Chanberri does not process a restaurant's customer orders, reservations, or restaurant payments.
Optional connection setup
The one-time connection setup purchase covers the browser-facing connections described at checkout after you provide the required access, facts, and destination links. It does not include ongoing website management or operating third-party ordering, reservation, email, or social services. If work has not started, contact support to request cancellation; once work begins, refunds are reviewed based on the work already performed and applicable law.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of restaurant facts, and having the rights to the logos, photos, menus, and other content you upload. You keep ownership of that content and give Chanberri permission to store, process, display, and publish it only as needed to provide the service.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout. Stripe handles payment details and receipts. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms say otherwise. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Chanberri agrees to a refund after reviewing a support request.
Early Access
Early Access features may change as the product improves. We aim to keep published sites available and owner data recoverable, but the service is provided as available and may have interruptions. We will use reasonable care and communicate material changes that affect paid use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Chanberri for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or security-disrupting activity. We may limit or suspend use that threatens the service, other customers, or third parties.
