What we collect

• Account information such as your email address and authentication records.
• Restaurant prompts, storefront content, menus, links, logos, photos, and edits.
• Billing customer, subscription, and event identifiers from Stripe—not full card data.
• Basic technical, usage, error, and support information needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate owners, generate and save storefronts, publish the sites you choose to publish, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and respond to support requests. Restaurant prompts and bounded design instructions are sent to our AI provider to produce constrained storefront intent. Uploaded logo images remain in Chanberri-owned media; the generator receives only limited design signals derived from them.

Service providers and public sites

Chanberri uses service providers including Supabase for accounts and data, Stripe for billing, and OpenAI for generation. A storefront becomes public only when you publish it; its public restaurant content and media can then be viewed by anyone with the URL.

Storage and control

Authentication data may be stored in your browser, and a device copy of a draft may be kept as a recovery cache. Account data is retained while needed to provide the service and meet legal or security obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained where legally required.
