Email support@chanberri.com with your account email, restaurant name, and the Support ID shown with any error. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Billing
Use My sites to open Stripe's billing portal for subscription details or cancellation. For a charge or refund question, email support with the receipt date and account email.
Site connections
Chanberri sites link to your existing ordering, reservation, email, maps, and social services. Early Access setup help covers browser-facing connection work; Chanberri does not operate those third-party services for you.
